Macfinity's specialties are detailed on the Services page. These offerings are broken down into the following service categories: On Site Support Billed at $75/hour unless otherwise specified. Any travel time to/from site totaling more than 25% the on-site time is billed at $60/hour. Phone Support Any phone support that totals more than 1/2 hour in any 24 hour period or 3 hours in any 7 day period it is billed at $60/hour. Off Site Support Billed at $60/hour unless otherwise specified. Equipment & Supplies Hardware, software or supplies purchased on behalf of the client are billed at cost plus 10%.
